i've heard the only thing that works and is still healthy is weight watchers, try to look for their point system thing instead of joining it. if you can't find it, ask me and i can get it for you. i know someone who has it.
No fried foods
work out at least 1 hour a day (don't overwork your self right away. keep it simple start off slow) change it every day make it fun. cardio is one you will want to do at least for 30 minutes, do fun stuff on other days like tennis, racketball, or even hiking or biking
eat healthy alternatives. I found the books abs diet helpfull. Also look into Ayurveda.
PORTIONS WILL HELP YOU OUT! if you want to have fries here and there have some but don't supersize get a small order every now and then but not everyday or allday.
