Now that I've been on a diet for about a month or two... Is this bad?

Question:
So I've definitely been eating healthier but recently, sometimes the thought of food makes me sick to my stomach... To the point the thought makes me feel sick, I've even actually thrown up just because a friend offered me icecream. Is this okay? I'm eating just fine as far as I'm concerned, breakfast [usualy cereal] Lunch [depending on how hungry I am, a salad or sometimes just some fruit] Dinner- [a full plate, for instance last night I had Grilled chicken and spinach with Italian bread].

But throwing up at the thought of food? Could this be the beginings of an eating disorder?

Answers:
i get this way to. as long as you eat healthy meals and keep this in check then you should be fine. just make sure you eat enough during the day for your calorie intake during those meals to stay nourished. you dont have to eat late in the day to stay healthy. eating disorders are mental to so if you are worried about it then it shows you care and are likely to not get one because you are watching out for it. i can rarely eat dinner after like 4 or 6 because the thought of food makes me nauseous for some reason. i dont know why but as long as i eat enough during the day i dont worry about it.
If all you are eating is what you just described you are NOT getting enough calories every day. You need to have a healthy snack between each meal and at bedtime to keep your blood sugar level and your metabolism up. Check your calories to be sure you are getting AT LEAST 1200 calories every day. If you are not getting at least that if not more than you are malnourished.
I'd see a doctor about this.

The only diet I know of that works, is this one:

No food for 2 weeks. There is a special maple syrup (I know for a fact that it exists in Europe, but home made tea works as well)
that you mix with water, and it supplies you with fiber and sh!t, but no calories or anything that feeds you. Water works as well. So, you wanna lose real weight? No food for 2 weeks should do it
No, it's fine. Your stomach has shrunk, that's all. Just drink more water to help you not puke.
