Help Me Please! Im trying to lose weight!?

I had a baby almost a year ago and the weight is not coming off. I have tried EVERYTHING and it is not working. I am just 22 and I want to be about 130 and right now I am 175 and I am only 5'2. All the weight is in my stomach and I am getting so frustrated and unhappy with myself. Can anybody give me any suggestions PLEASE!!

hey---i aint ur age but i got ur problem---i've tried alot of things and nothing seems to work----well, i've got it...i found what works

but u must remember, no one is the same and different things work for different people

well, i used weight watchers. measuring things can get a little old but i follow it and it works. also, exercise a little. i just walk around the block with my dad 5 times a day---and they key?! have a splurge meal once a month.once a month, for one meal, eat whatever the hell you want! ha caving in like this keeps your body strong.it makes you want to do good all month b/c u know, u get to splurge one day!=]

weight watchers works for me b/c i can eat just about whatever i want...its all about portions

Get u a personal weight trainer!!!! If u dont have that knid of money then hit the gym and u ahve to eat right.!! oh yeah dont eat after 8 and if u get hungry then eat something healthy like fruit!!!!
