Am I too skinny?

Im 15, 5'3 and way 95 pounds, people call me anorexic but I'm not. I feel horrible about myself. Gaining weight is really hard.

Look thats ok! im 15 5'4 and 107 pounds and i just gain all that weight from the last time i got sick! its really ok, some people bodys are made differnet and you really dont have to worry at all! just eat as much as you want! dont eat just cuz u want to gain weight and because ppl call u anorexic! a lot of ppl say that cuz they are fat and wish they were your size! you are perfectly normal and when your weight comes it come ! its ok you will gain it when your body is ready for it! Just say to yourself this is the way god mad me and thats the way i am! you cant change who you are, so just try to be happy with yourself!

as long as you're not purposely skipping meals n stuff like that then you shouldnt feel bad about yourself

Try eating more proteins in your daily diet. Chicken, Turkey, Fish, Milk, Peanut Butter...

you ARE NOT over weight, people on here are so RUDE and they are just being smart @sses. You can try going to your local GNC and they have weight gainer there that you can try, also try working out with weights that will help you gain muscle, and thats more important!

I think you are a little bit too skinny. Definitely not unhealthy though, and definitely not overweight. What I would suggest is that you increase your exercise and build muscle the right way. As long as you are eating right and exercising the rest will take care of itself.
Don't listen to any of those people. you are perfectly fine.
You are NOT overweight like people said above. You are only too skinny if you are unhealthy or unhappy. Make sure you are eating the right foods and enough of them and exercising regularly.

well in my opinion weight does not matter .do you have a butt at all or is it flat if not flat than not to skinny

I am the same way. It is your metabilism just the way you are not much you can do about it maybe ask your dr. I can't gain weight either people need to exceot you as you are not the way u look hope I helped.
