I have a bad complexion, is there a cheap way I can improve it?

Bad complexion? That could mean anything.

If you have acne, see a dermatologist.

If you have a zit or two, use a product with 1 - 2% salicylic acid on the area.

Some things to remember, wash your face at least two times a day and always use a light moisturizer afterwards. If you wash too much, you wash away the natual oils on your face and your face will produce MORE which will cause breakouts. If you wash too little, you get clogged pores.

Don't touch your face during the day. Some people have a tendency to touch their face a lot, and they transfer dirt and oil to their face which causes breakouts.

Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day will improve your skin.

I like to use a facial scrub - particularly an exfoliating one like an apricot and walnut scrub and follow with a moisturizer. The moisturizer stops your face from over-producing more oil to replace the dirty oils you washed off.
Use gentle no-fragrance foamy cleanser every morning and every night. Change your pillowcase at least every 7 days.
To keep my skin clear I drink pleeenty of water, take B, E, and zinc vitamins, but be careful with zinc I usually just take it every-other day. I also use burts bee's porducts which can be pricey but man do they work. My dad swears by taking a tablespoon of vinegar a day to keep clear skin. Water defiently helps, wash face daily, and try not to use make-up with oil in it. Maybeline has some good stuff that I enjoy. Eating right ( no greasy food) helps too. :) good luck!
Estee Lauder is giving away a weeks worth of their products this week. All you have to do is go to their counter and tell them what type of skin you have. They are not cheap (sorry, I know that is what you asked for) but they may work for you. It wouldn't hurt to go get the free samples.
i would recommend eating a wide variety of fruits and vegetables for sure. 5 portions a day. and drink lots of water to wash away the toxins. Eating for fruits will improve your skin. It will glow better and clear up the spots gradually.,
