Can i lose 20ilbs in 4 weeks?

im 13 and pretty tall for my age and well i really fat too. i want to try to lose at least 20 lib before school starts, im about 5'8 and weigh alot, is there any possible way i could, in a safely way?

it probably isn't healthy to lose more than 3 lbs per week, I recommend exercising alot, if you have gym access, the elliptical burns about 700 calories an hour. do that 5 times a week and thats a pound extra you can lose (of fat, you will gain muscle though, which makes you burn more fat just by being more muscular)
Diet is mostly psychological. You need to be devoted to loose 20 pounds in 4 weeks. It's possible as long as you try your hardest and devote yourself. I hope you can loose 20 pounds in 4 weeks... Actually I know you can.. and you should be sure of yourself too... Good luck...
Thats the same thing I wanted to do i wanted to loose about 10 pounds though or so, and yeah there are many ways but they would involve strict dieting and excersicing, look up theese diets Juice Diet, Zone Diet, and South Beach Diet. I have a friend who he lost 50 pounds in 2 months just working out every night for 30 minutes to an hour.
it is possible but you have to stick to Atkins diet. I lost 30 lbs in 28 days, but I gained it all back later.
It works fast, but as a healthy weight loss I wouldnt recommend anything other than changing your eating habits and getting more excersize.
In losing weight it doesn't really help to aim for a certain number of pounds, because everyone is different and it comes off when it wants to :) A better way to judge is by how your clothes fit.No one can say what would happen for you and what is safe, just eat better and exercise and see what happens.
Yeah definitely. If your a high starting weight then you should be able to drop that much weight in that time. Just eat lean proteins, cut out almost all of the carbs, just drink water, cut out all sweets or anything bad, eat vegetables and fruits, use portion control, and try to exercise at least 3-4 times a week. Its gonna be hard but just stick with it.
drink a lot of water and green tea excersize alot and eat heathy food also overnight u loose weight if u have a scale at home weigh your self b4 u go to bed and then after while u sleep u digest all the food u ate i've done this a few times and i usually loose lik 3 pounds! just try not to gain all the weight back but dont take any dieting pills those rarley work r not heathy and can be addictive
Its possible but you will have to push yourself very hard.
