How do I know if I am taking my PROTEIN SHAKE correctly? I excersize hard & want to get more volume 4 my body?


Question:
I am excersizing hard to gain volume for my body specially in my leg areas.
How do I know that I am taking my protein shake correctly?
I drink it only once every day after my dinner.
Is that the correct way?
One thing I'm concerned about is that I have a fatty liver and am only 26 years old and NO I dont drink or do drugs and never done them or ever will but I have no idea how I got a fatty liver. Anyway please help Thanks..

Answers:
If you workout then the best time to take it is right after that. At that point your muscles are craving protein.
Fatty liver comes from to much insulin, which comes from too much sugar.
Too much protein --mass quantities-- would cause kidney problems.
One protein shake a few times a week is perfectly fine.
