I need to lose about 25 pounds in a short amount of time. what should i do?!?

Keep to a 1,200 food intake

Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) ...and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn't seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.

How old are you and how tall are you that you think 75 pounds is a healthy goal?
What people told me to do is that you should eat about six small meals a day, that way you can start losing some weight. Also, eliminate all junk foods, soda, caffine, stick to green tea. Drink lots of water so your metabolism works faster. On top of all this, if you start exercising, then you will start losing weight.

Of course, if you want to lose all the "bad" weight that you have, then you can do antitoxidants, but it is pricey. Though it helped someone I know lose 10 pounds in three days.

However, I really do not think you need to lose weight. I cant say anything though, your height may be 5 ft or something. Whatever the reason, dont lose weight if your have a height of 5'-2" and up. Youll look terrible then.
100 seems skinny enough, I think i'm approx 160 (72kg)

But it will take you three months if you lose a couple of pounds each week. Any more is unhealthy.

I've lost about 5 cm off my hips, not sure how much off my legs within five weeks from riding on my exercise bike each day.


But if I were you I wouldn't want to lose weight, maybe you can do toning exercises just to tone up.
75lbs is not a healthy weight for you considering you are older than 8 years old. Do a lot of research on google and follow the advice of others on here. If you are an average adult who is 100lbs and wants to go to 75lbs, then there is a problem here that extends way beyond your view of weight.

Is someone telling you that you need to lose weight or do you feel fat? Anorexia is not a funny friend.
I am curious about your age and height. Wanting to weigh 75 pounds seems drastic unless you are a very petite person.

To be healthy you need to eat right and exercise. A quick fix is not only unhealthy but more than likely the weight will go right back on.
from 100lbs to 75lbs?? are you serious? why would you want to lose even more?.. if you really want to lose weight and can't stick to a diet then get a perscription from your doctor for some over the counter pills to help you lose weight.. though I think your doctor will recommend that you shouldn't lose anymore weight... :D
dude i'd totally recomend u eating fat free turkey meat like 20 four seven it's helps!!
drink green tea after each meal
al u hav to do is stop fat n carbohydrates n loads of water ..by tat i mean hell a lot of water .then start excersise mildly n then start doin it in such a terrible fashion tat u start pantin n ur r dead tired but aviod jumpim or anything tat cause pain to ur knees ...mind u knee is wat is the most stressed joint so ease pain on it ....try push ups sit down [this dosnt affect knees no jolts found] .n abdomen excersises..NOTE dont do any of these slowly n with weights tat will increse ur muscle n increase weight .but do them quickly n faster wach day ...tat will incrase stamina n reduce fat n tone ur muscles n these exercises will help secrete endorphins which help keep u streess free n happy all day ...trust me this works
Just eat only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.

Do brisk walking. They are great for burning body and tummy fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

how old are you?? 75 pounds is not a healthy weight for almost anyone...unless ur 4 ft and under 11....and if you are that young, you should not be worrying about diets and your looks that much...u should be playing with friends and worrying about school!
