Core Training” is a hot trend in exercise. What are the muscles of the “CORE”?

Question:
And how are these muscles trained? Why are they important?

Answers:
Core muscle groups are the larger muscle groups in your body. Like say your chest, back, legs. What happens is that when you train these core mucles groups you train your secondary mucles like your arms and shoulders.

You can firstly do core muscle stretching. Doing strength training ie lifting weights help build up these core groups. THings like bench press, squats, rows etc. Its imprtant to train your core groups simply because you use them all the time and training then allows you to be the fittest you can be.
