Can I lose one dress size by August 27th?

i jog for about 15 minutes in my apartment i live in a busy, loud downtown area and can't find any comfortable jogging shoes that fit my wide feet.. and i also do about 30 minutes of leg lifts and crunches or sit ups.
drink a lot of ice water and eat mints in order to feel full also eat a lot fruit snacks like grapes, berries etc
only eat lean stuff for lunch and dinner and walk a lot after eating so that you can walk it off after eating i always try to walk it off, i am trying lose more weight as well
for breakfast eat malt o meal, oatmeal, or cream of wheat in order to feel full and to be able to not snack all day till lunch
A dress size is about 15 pounds for you (I'm 5'6", too, so I know) and that's a lot to lose in 23 days. I doubt that 1500 calories will do it, but I'm not you and I can't guess how hard a cardio workout you can do for an hour.
However, you can get close, and after that, it all depends on the dress, right?
Just don't forget that your body needs protein and calcium, no matter how much other food you're restricting. Drink lots of water, add fish and veggies to your plate, and be healthy. Whatever event you want to look great for, you will if you feel great. Get a terrific dress, do your nails, and have a great time.
