Question:
How can I do this?
Please give my specifics.

Your weight is really good for your height. If you want to maintain a healthy figure though, try running and exercizing, eating healthy, and cardio. running- 1 mile a day or every other day will give you FANTASTIC legs. cardio- if you do pilates work outs such as the air bicycle (where you lie on your back and "pedal" in the air), leg stretches (lie on your back, pull your legs up into a chair position (as though your sitting in a chair), and stretch out one leg then the other and you can feel the pull in your abs. (If that wasn't specific enough they sell at home pilates ab workout books and equipment (hard to believe I know) at Barnes and Noble)

eat plenty of protein per day. Aim for about 1 g per pound of body weight, also start a good weight training plan. But if you are worried about gaining body fat, do cardio in the morning after just taking a small protein shake.
Also aim for the 6-8 meals a day to speed up your metabolic rate.
HIIT is also a form of carido you can do to stop too much muscle loss.

Lifting weights will definitely help you gain muscle mass. You could work your whole body up to once every other day, or divide it into a one day for lower body, and one for upper body, or do individual muscle groups on their own days. You have to eat more to put on muscle, and as long as you eat relatively healthy and work out, it will not turn to fat.
