How do i workout without weights?


Question:
i am 13 and i have a small weight set with just a curl bar with 150lbs of weights and two dumb bells that can hold up to 50lbs each..i want to know workouts with the weights and without but i dont have a bench or anything but my table might work

Don't try the table. It breaks (experience) Buy a bench if you can, save up if you need to and look for them used. If it can incline, even better. Bodybuilding.com has an archive with plenty of exercises you can do.
yeah i used to bench my bed but now im at a fitness center
do some curls and also squats and for workouts to do without the weights you can do calf raises(you can do calf raise with weight to )

You can do squats,lunges,curls.rows,,dips... twists,run in place,jumping jacks.
