eating healthy and consuming less calories will help you lose weight and exercising can help tone up your body. however, if you basically want to try and lessen the appearance of a stomach roll try and keep your stomach pressed in towards your ab muscles as much as possible throughout the day. not to a point where its painful but it can help develop good posture. work on not slouching while you sit.
Proteins and carbs, multi faceted crunches, work all areas of the stomach 4 times a week.
foods with less calories, lower carbs
Fruits,Vegtables, lean meats nuts, drink alot of water, healthy fats. Exersise is the key.
