Answers:
Diet is not only about the amount of food you eat it is very important all the things that make food food like enzymes, vitamins ,minerals all of this has to work in harmony with your body what you suggest it is not healthy and will affect your metabolism.

you want to loose weight try more fruits and vegetables here goes a secret the key is variety try new and different thing and foods. specially vegetables.
Well lunchables are kind of small for all the calories they have (I believe they have over 400 and over 200 fat calories) and they have over 1000 of sodium I think so those probably aren't that great. the nutrition bars and water is good. don't limit yourself to just a few things though, you will probably be sick of those things in a week
You can eat whatever you want, as long as you burn more calories then you take in. What you eat isn't the key to loosing weight.. its exercizing. If you eat one lunchable a day and drink water, you'll loose weight (eventually). If you eat ten, you won't.

Lunchables aren't exactly healthy or considered 'diet food' either. You're MUCH better off simply eating smaller portions of healthy foods. You aren't going to get the nutrients you need from lunchables, and I'm sure you could find something more filling with the same amount of calories.
you probably would but dont eat the same thing all the time.
i'm not sure lunchables are the best solution. they're not that nutritious. if you want to lose weight, at least stock up on fruits and veggies and an occasional piece of bread or some crackers.
