if you are trying to loose weight hitting the gym and eating less calories do POWER BARS with alot of protein helpp to loose weight if you eat it once a day just in morningss then good 2 meals ?? what do they help with?

Answers:
power bars are for energy. if you dont have time to eat, they are a good alternative. they have nothing to do with weight loss.
you're just replacing calories so you're not going to lose weight but it's supposed to give you energy before your workout so that you ultimately burn more calories supposedly.
