Oh my god! Do not do silly things like this as you can damage your digestive system big time, you can take advise from a nutritionist if you really want to loose weight, but DO NOT starve yourself as you will see no results on a long term, you can get down to rutes that are not wanted if you do this. The best thig is to eat very little 3-4 meals a day and this way youu keep your methabolism going and you will burn calories. If you don't eat you will send a wrong message to your brain who is gonna put your metabolism on stand by mode, meaning that it will switch to a storing mode- exactly like the bear when is going to hybernate over the whole winter season. The brain will send a message that there is no food coming and therefore it should stop burning calories and then even that food u have in the evening will go and store here and there as your body has received a red light from your brain. I have lost 2 stone ( baby weight) in less than 4 months and believe me I had to eat more than i even wanted. I did follow the low GI diet which is absolutely fabulous- it is fantastic healthy food, based on eating lots of pulses, weetabix, yoghurts, nuts, and basically u eat absolutely everything. You can subscribe that Tesco diets it was about £28 or £29 for 10 weeks and you get a diet based on the information u provide, weight, height, gender etc. U dont even need more than this 10 weeks as this time it's enough for you to educate yourself and have a clear picture of what to eat how much and so on. It is a fabulous diet and DO trust me I am the worst at following recipies or diets - I hate measuring stuff to eat. It get to be a lifestyle after a while. You will be amaised of how this works and the funny thing is that u eat 4 times a day!!!!! and u DO lose weight. Trust me.
ROFL, that's not a diet that's called starvation and that doesn't work. You will lose lose weight because your body is consuming itself and your body fat % is going to rise. Your weight will come back but your body fat% is still going to be high and it's going to be really hard to bring that back down.
I use to do that, but everyone told me it was bad.
No that's not ok, you are starving yourself which could cause you other problems! If you want/need more info go to this blog

Nope. Your body will go into starvation mode and store more fat.
have breakfast! have somethin like an apple for breakfast and then for dinner make sure you get meat, friuts and veggies, and some dairy. at least 1,200 calories
No, No, No, No!!
This is starvation, it is better to eat loads of healthy food and lots of exercise to burn it off, that is not a diet, it is starvation
NO ,thats starvation not a diet!! & not healthy at all. Try eating smaller portions & alot of fruit & Veggies.for snacks instead of junk food .GODBLESS U & yours & have a good day eh!
No, this is not healthy. Your body requires more than this, breakfast & lunch are your biggest meals, while dinner your smallest. Choose healthy foods and get some exercise and you'll lose weight the best way.
Your body can only handle one meal a day for so long.
No. You need a breakfast in the morning. It doesn't have to be fattening. A bowl of cereal and a few pieces of fresh fruit will keep you going till lunch, and then a salad, and then your main meal in the evening, as long as its not a fry up, you should lose weight and be healthy.
No Way Silly!
I used this diet when I was a teenager. Then I found a sport that I really liked and in order to have energy to do what I loved I needed more calories. So when I finally decided that I should eat a well rounded diet I got really fat because my body was so used to storing every calorie it could. It took about a year (almost the same amount of time that I neglected myself of proper nutrition) to get my metabolism on track. After that I was in the best shape EVER! Just drink lot's of water, eats small portions throughout the day of foods high in fiber, limit your salts and "empty" calories to maybe 1 a day, and do something physical for 1 hour EVERDAY and you will have a great body!
no eat b reakfest it gets your motab going for the day and drink a glass of green tea it burns 8o extra calories and you can skip lunch and eat a very little dinner
Absolutely not. It is actually more healthy to have 3 square meals a day. Just make sure that your servings are little. When i was reading this magazine, it said too, that if you sit straight up at the table and suck in your tummy while your eating, you eat less. Oh, don't forget, take small bites, and eat slowly so your food settles as you eat.
Skip the evening meal as well then you definately see results
