I want to loose the fat around my hips and butt. How can i do only that? Any good exercises?

Question:

Answers:
Exercise can only affect fat by creating a calorie deficit. It has no direct impact on fat deposits.

Eat less, exercise more, eventually the fat will leave your hips and butt.

Your best bet is any or all of the big three aerobic exercises: Swimming, cycling and running.
You can't reduce fat in one area by doing exercises.
The best method to lose the weight and tighten that whole area is with an elliptical machine. I use one at the gym. It works your butt and thighs really well and you will see a difference.

if you cant get to a gym.. buy an excercise ball.. they are fantastic and you can do an entire body work out with just that.. its great for leg and hip work too ,,they cost around $20 at walmart..go on the internet and look up swiss ball andyou will find loads of excercises you can do..
Er, not my specialist field (personal training!) but I might recommend walking, cycling, and running. These excersize the muscles in this area and generally increase toning of the legs. However, a visit to the GP (M.D. in the U.S.) may also provide you with some help. (If you're in the UK you may also be able to get a free medical).
Walking is a good cheap, low impact exersize. But I'm sure there are better qualified people here to share their expertise.
