I'm 13 and i weigh... READ THE DETAILS?


Question:
i weigh 108.8 pounds, and have 23.6 perceent body fat. i need to get healthier fast. i want to lose about 10 pounds and get to 15 percent body fat or less. i have weight issues in my family, so i need HELP FAST!

please don't tell me my weight is fine and all that junk, because it's NOT!

AND I NEED HELP, NOT COMMENTS!

I could see losing 8 lbs if you were 5 ft or less, there is no need tring to lose it fast though, just exercise and eat plenty of vegies and fruits and lean meats, just don't stop eating and kill yourself, 15 percent body fat is really skinny maybe get down to 19 but no lower, if you buld more muscle you will look sooo much better, plus it raises your metabolism so you can eat more, YAY

the choice is yours.. you are the one who chooses to eat unhealthy foods ie chips ,pop etc,, so stop.. eat healthy foods like veggies and fruits,, you are the one who chooses to sit around and do nothing,, so stop,, get up go for a walk,, start to jog a few minutes at a time.. if you start now at 13 to learn to live a healthier life you will carry this life style into your adult years and be much better for it..i was almost 300lbs once and now im a marathon runner ,, it all comes down to what you really really want and whether you are willing to make the changes to get it.
