Get anything with grilled chicken or light soups or veggies or fish... also, you might want to share something with somebody. Then the temptation to eat too much will lessen.
Good for you that you are trying to eat healthy! I am also, and boy do I get sick of salad! Many times I will order a piece or meat, either chicken or fish, that is grilled. Then you can ask for vegetables, like broccolli or beans as a side instead of potatoes. That is still very healthy and it gives you a break from feeling like a rabbit!
