Any spelling mistakes are you mad and fat?
Do a few situps
You shouldn't have bothered with the extra info - it's impossible to read.

To answer your question - Sit ups and drink lots of water
Do sits ups, yoga/pilates. Any physical exercise will help, but when you;re burning fat it takes longest on the stomach.

P.S. You don't lose weight on a certain part of your body. You lose fat
Exercise and a low calorie diet..Sorry about your dyslexia
u know i had the same problem. i've been stragglling witjh that for long time. so people told me to do crunches about a 100 a day. so i started with 20 and by the second week i was able to do a 100. so i did it for about 2 months but my belly didnt seem that small, i just knowish lil muscles. so when I had a personal trainer. he told me 1st of all i need to cut my food in half/ stop eating junk/fatty fooods/jog and do the crunches/ believe or not it took me like 5 weeks to loose my bellly/ i had flat belly and I lost 12lbs.( dont ever skip meals, have small portions and mall snacks between meals) DOnt eat 3 hrs before sleep!
You can't loose weight on only one part of your body. You have to reduce your calorie intake and exercise, and when exercising, focus more on your stomach by doing things such as crunches. Also, a size 8 in clothes really isnt much to be concerned about, unless it's just your stomach that is bothering you. Good luck =)
It's a myth that you can lose weight from particular areas of the body. It's just not possible.

So, to lose your pot belly, you'll need to alter your diet. The weight you've gained is the beginning of obesity; fat usually starts on females on the thighs, backside, and *then* the tummy but some women put weight on according to the male pattern of stomach first. you may not realise it but you'll have built up fat all over your body if you've got it beginning to balloon specific areas out e.g. your arms, back and breasts can store 'normal' levels of fat, so if you diet properly, your entire body will look better, with tones arms etc.

Try to avoid fatty foods, sugary foods, fried foods, and...*alcohol*! Sorry, but alcoholic drinks are a common source of hidden calories for many people who think they shouldn't be gaining weight on account that they 'hardly eat'.

Basically, this means eat far less of all the tastiest foods and far more of the boring stuff - unless you've got a personal chef with the necessary time to make healthy foods taste great *and* be appetizing! Processed foods like ready-made meals tend to be very bad for you as well, which is why the experts are always talking about *fresh* foods.

This probably isn't what you wanted to hear but it's the way it is and it only gets more difficult to keep the weight off as you get older (as well as being more difficult to *get* it off once it's on!).
i jog for about 15 minutes in my apartment i live in a busy, loud downtown area and can't find any comfortable jogging shoes that fit my wide feet.. and i also do about 30 minutes of leg lifts and crunches or sit ups.

drink a lot of ice water and eat mints in order to feel full also eat a lot fruit snacks like grapes, berries etc

only eat lean stuff for lunch and dinner and walk a lot after eating so that you can walk it off after eating i always try to walk it off, i am trying lose more weight as well

for breakfast eat malt o meal, oatmeal, or cream of wheat in order to feel full and to be able to not snack all day till lunch
Hello,
First let me say that you cannot spot reduce fat. Secondly your body is layered like this from the outside in, skin, water, fat and then muscle. This tells you that crunches and sit ups to not reduce fat in the stomach area. You could do a million sit ups and crunches and all that would do is build up the muscle which is under the fat.

The only way to reduce fat is through cardio vascular exercise and diet. Increase your cardio vascular activity by walking, jogging, biking, or using the elliptical machine.

As far as diet goes, for breakfast lunch and dinner eat a well balanced meal trying to get as many of the food groups in as possible. To alleviate hunger pangs eat three healthy snacks in between meals.

I am a personal trainer and I could tell you a lot more but it would be like writing a book

Good luck
well firstly i would not worry about loosing weight, size 8 seems to be a pretty good shape ,i think a regular balanced food intake would suit ,with regular walking, alight exercise programme and you should end up with the desired effect,a firm tonned body p.s, its pretty hard to lose weight on one pacific part of the body through diet alone. good luck.
I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.mylguide.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 4.95$ shipping and handling.
well of what i could understand of the writing, i can tell you do alot of texing, well anyway your only 17 so you shouldnt worry too much about your weight as you are still growing, but if your really concerned then maybe do a few sit ups and just normal tummy excersices
