If you want to loose weight do it safely
its not hard to loose 10 pounds you can do it by eating right and
working out atleast 3 times a week.
that was the same with me, I went to buy a suit and she came along and in the middle of the shop outloud she told the attendant to measure me as I had gotten bigger since the last time I was in. Was constantly told I was obese, told to go for walks, told to join a gym, she was mortifying me in public, all I did was have it out with her and told her how she was destroying my self confidence and embarrasing me in front of other people. once she heard my feelings she stopped and only mentioned it occasionally - the best part was eventhough I'd lost a half stone she still told me I'd lost weight, and when I'd gained it she told me I looked well :)
Moms’ nagging is driving you mad - if you can, avoid her if not ignore her. No xenical and other drugs are NOT the answer for over weight - the best remedy is WORK OUT - WORK OUT AND WORK OUT there is no other mantra for getting rid of fat.
Run - Jog, Aerobics, swim and your sure to shape up in few months - this is healthier than the pills which are mere marketing gimmick.
If you don't believe in your mums accusations why not find them comical and then enjoy inciting them.
