wall squats- put you back against a wall and bend you knees to a 90 degree angle- hold for up to 2 minutes
lunges- forward, backwards, and side to side
calf raises- on a step
do lunges
or... lay faceup on your elbows... and kick your legs up... that toned mine a little
go on your elbows and knees; kick your legs back this time...

run 3 miles a day
do cardio or perhaps weight lifting with your legs if they happen to have that at your gym...they do at mine
