you have to be willing and stick with ur plan. it depends on how overweight u are...like can u run... if u can ur not too overweight.but if running for a long time start by walking .. walking like a couple miles a day. and watch wat you're eating... replace candy with sweet fruits like pineapples or good ones that you may like...replace chips with low fat popcorn or rice chips . take stairs instead of elevators its the small everyday things u do that can make a difference..remember to exercise and drink LOTS of water LOTS sumtimes when u feel hungry or liek snacking ... drink a bottle of water and it'll fill u up a bit...sumtimes ppl mistake thirst for hunger. and b4 each meal drink 2 cups of water...then eat ur meal... it'll make u feel more full and faster...therefore eating a lot less then you might be now spend at least 1 hour a day walking then build to speed walking... then u can do running for half an hour and do muscle or abs training afterwards

i lost 45 lbs in 3 months after i became a vegan. you should consider it. you will lose the weight super fast.
just choose a good diet and then stick with it and be patient just because you don' lose pounds like the people on BIGGEST loser doesn't mean you don't have hope just keep going and eventually you wil be skinnier and skinnier
I haven't lost a bunch of weight I mean I am only 14 and only 10 pounds over I am just gonna say never give up and well another thing you may never be skinny but you can get healthy no matter what some peoples bodys will never get skinny it's just the way they are but if you are extreamly over weight just start doing relgular excercise and only watching what you eat no diet just makeing sure your getting you daily need for each food group and not eating more than what you need eating a treat every once in a while is okay though and well just try this

im not over weight but here are some tips.Take down the eating only when u need it but dont take too much!!I heard that if u do 100 pushups and 100 crunches each day ur garenteed to lose at least 5 pound in a week.Then stretch ur thighs but NO splits!!and maybe take a jog everyday.by 2 weeks u should be more fit and have lost a couple of pounds good luck!also take pictures if u have a camera of BEFORE and AFTER and make sure u do this EVERY SINGLE DAY some of it could be from stress too.get comforting bath salts and take a nice bath.get in some relaxation time and u may be surprised but u can lose up to 5 pounds just for relaxing give urself a maniure and a pedicure be more organized use a check list evry little bit helps!!good luck!!!!
About 3 years ago I did Atkins and lost almost 100 pounds. Then I met my current BF two years ago (I was at my lowest then) and gained back about 30! I started doing Weight Watchers and lost 25 of what I gained back. Not only have I learned how to eat properly but I am learning how to be healthier - I quit smoking 3 months ago and I have started to run (minus tomorrow morning unless my blister heals by then) 6 days a week! It is just very important to stick with it and trust me I know that is hard!
I also know how you feel. Alot of the reason I started on Atkins was because I realized I was best friends with all the guys rather then having them fall madly in love with me. And that gave me the motivation I needed! You can find motivation in the strangest places - trust me!
