What veggies make beautiful skin?

Question:

Answers:
Veggies are very beneficial and wonderful for the skin. A diet well balanced in a variety of fruits and veggies is crucial for a healthy glow and slim waist line.

However, I have had dramatic results with flax seed oil. My skin is clear and radiant and my hair and nails are growing like crazy. I like Barlean's brand and I mix 1-2 Tbs in my daily whey protein shakes. You can also use it as a salad dressing mixed with a little balsamic vinegar. Look online for more recipe ideas. Just don't heat the oil as it looses the potency of the omega 3s and store it in the fridge.

If you don't like the idea of flax seed oil then try raw walnuts or salmon for the same beneficial fatty acids. I would eat at least 1-2 ounces of raw walnuts or 3-4 ounces of baked or grilled wild salmon daily. I find that the flax seed oil is easier but the walnuts and salmon are great for a change. You'll love the results! Just be consistent and you'll see a difference in about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks.
Anything green and leafey, and carrots.
All kinds of vegetables are good for the skin. Please do remember to couple it with atleast 8 glasses of water. It is a cleanser of the system and once your system is clean, the skin will glow.
