the simple exercise is that u shud daily walk down the stairs.and going up by lift or escalators.

i say cycling. I've been cycling really hard for 2 weeks and my thighs are now bristling with new muscle. Although I've been running etc. for years, the most remarkable difference only came through cycling.
However, this will make your thighs larger though muscular. They will look better.
