ok. i swear to god this works. and it works GREAT. Crunches and situps! i cant even explain to you the greatness they do to your body. but first before u move on to next answer listen. if u realy DO crunches and situps and you go on the scale and see that you have lost no weight or maybe even gained weight thats OK because that means that its WORKING! muscle weighs 3 TIMES more than fat. do like 50 crunches and situps a day maybe do 20 in the morning and 30 @ night. It will work fantasticly.

p.s stay away from HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP and WHITE BREAD. they are soooooooooooo freaking bad. and also eat smaller meals. dont NOT eat but just eat a little bit less. when you are having a craving for chips suck on an ice cube. it gets rid of your cravings. not kidding i heard that one on the john tesh radio show! (hes a doctor) when you have a craving for chips it usually means you want sumthing salty wich usually means u may be stressed or dehidrated. drink more water and dont drink energy drinks. and exercise ALOT. it will get ur tummy and thighs toned and you will be REALLY satisfied.
and also... dont have alot of meats. they have alot of fat in them. but u do need protein so make sure to eat things like soy beans or nuts. tofu is also really good for u but it tastes really bad.

I lost 16 lbs just by eating A LOT of fruit.. I ate it for breakfast and lunch and then I ate whatever my mom cooked for dinner. Soon, I started to not eat everything at dinner either because all the fruit I was eating was helping me not eat junk, but also decreasing my appetite! Try it!
uhm...im exactly in the same situation as you.
eat watermelon as snacks!
they are almost zero calories if you eat the right amount!
(like a slice or two would only be like 10 or 20 calories)
eat oatmeal for breakfast!
i'm trying instant oatmeal
only 100 calories a packet.
lunch...chicken salad!
i have a treadmill at home, so in the morning, after breakfast, i do a slow jog for about 5 minutes.
then before bedtime, i wall on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
i suggest you try that.
also, everyother day, do 100 situpps.
50 in the morning, 50 at night.
that;s my current workout plan.
i haven't lost any weight YET.
cuz it's only been a couple days, but i can feel my arms, legs, and abs getting tighter already!

Well, Nutrition and Cardio are your first step. How much water do you drink per day? If not much you need to drink a lot. Studies show that someone who isn't active needs to drink 1/2 their body weight in ounces of water each day! Once your body is getting more water on a continual basis, it will start to release the stored water. So if your active, you need more. Also, you need to learn to eat food to fuel your body throughout the day. Eat every 3-4 hours and eat small meals. This will keep your blood sugar and your metabolism stable and active throughout the day. When you don't eat for several hours you body needs fuel to run so it eats your lean muscle tissue. So you lose "weight", but its muscle not fat. So you start to look flabby!! And as far as exercise, just ride your bike or run each day for a few minutes. If your nutrition and cardio are in line, you will start losing body fat.
stop eating caramel, candies, too much salt and soda. drink ice water 20 minutes before you eat to shrink your stomach a little. You should walk at least two miles every day. put your favorite high-energy dance song on and dance around your room. also chew every bite you take 15 times, this will cause you to eat slower. Do stair climbs, cardio treadmill and stock up on healthy snacks like yogurt, dried fruit nuts and kashi cereal. cream of wheat has a lot of iron and is very good for you, too. drink 8 glasses of water every day and get as much sleep as you need, usually 10-11 hours for me.

I am not an expert but the word metabolic weight is foods eaten in combination take longer to pass threw the body. so like foods like hambergers that taste so good,
But you have to do three things. lose the medium rare and have it cooked well done.
lose the manonaise and the cheese. Why the both are slow metabolic digestable.
More red tomato, and more green leafely. Don't drink mikk before a meal or with a metalabolic digestable. any milk, cheese, or greasy food product slows down he metaboloc rate, and your body extracts, more when the foods are or how should I say take longer to ,exit the body.

Example toast. and Wheat / Rye bread contains fiber, bananas, help move the food too. And pop corn fills, the erge to eat. Watch the salt, and greasy foods too.
