Cardio exercises?

Ok, now I know how to build muscle and such, but i have kind of a stomach on me, and I can feel my abdomen under the fat, I know it is tensing up and the muslces are developing, but I was looking for a good daily cardio workout that is fairly easy to do to burng off that fat...I have started working on my mountain bike, because I was thinking of doig a 2 mile ride per day

yea mountain biking is a really good way to start you can definitely get a good workout in. Another fantastic way to get a good cardio workout as well as work on the abdominal muscles is Canoing/ Kayaking etc. Or you could make it plain and simple go for a 5km jog every morning or evening.

Just remember muscle can turn to fat....very fast..when you exersize make sure you feel like you are pulling your belly button in and hold isometrically.Increase your metabolism to burn the fat by changing your eating habits..more meals smaller portions.If you don't feed the cow you get no milk
