What are some additives to food (or pills/vitamins) to brand you surface full?


I know fiber is - can you just hold a fiber suppliment? Ive also heard psyillium husks can do this - as contained by they swell in your stomach to gross you feel 'full' - is this correct and does anyone know any others?


Answers:    Fiber supplements are a clothed choice. Psyllium husks are a great choice too. But I found that the most effective course for me to fill up be eating unbroken grains, beans, fruits and vegetables. That might not be what you want to hear, but i.e. what helped me attain more fiber into my diet. Just make sure you are getting plenty of marine to "move things along" or else you'll carry wicked constipation!
