Answers:    diet and exercise...

I know it sounds trite, but it really is the solely way. Trust me, as an overweight man I enjoy tried everything... and I mean EVERYTHING! And the singular way that works for me is to keep under surveillance what I eat, and exercise. I litterally count every calorie I consume, and subtract every calorie I burn at the gym. At the finish of the day, I try to lattice 1500 calories (example: 2000 eaten, 500 burned at the gym). I can put away whatever I want, as long as I solely net 1500 calories. If I accidentally slip and chomp through 2500, then I burn 1000. As a result, I am steadily loosing 2 lbs every week. 210 to 195 so far, aim is 170. Half way nearby :)
well worthy for you!

I weigh almost 190 lbs, and I try and keep my calorie intake below 2000 calories and run a few days a weeks. I lost shipment pretty quick when I started this and I discern good too.
