Yes I fell for the commerical and don't waist your money. Much of the book in the beginning repeats much info. The diet might work for rich people who have money, time, and staff to help, but it is very unrealistic for the average person.

Much of the advice is not something many people can do. He advises 15 colonics in 30 days, Infrared Saunas everyday, 20 minutes of nude sunbathing a day, Massages as many as possible, Shower filter, Electromagnetic Chaos Eliminator (a what), A daily injection of hCG ( human chorionic gonadotrophin ) yea we can all do that, only eat organic food, and take a whole bunch of herbs, viatiams and a several cleanses for different parts of the body. Don't waist your money like I did (what a ripoff).

If you really want to get healthy and lose weight get these 2 books by Bob Greene and Oprah, Make the connection, & The best life diet. These books are realistic and all you need is your body and a change of eating habits.

Losing weight and keeping it off is not easy, there is no easy fix. It is hard but if you exercise ( just walking is enough as long as you work up a sweat) and cut out the snacks and sweets, you can lose weight.

I haven't read this book but he's also written Natural Cures They Don't Want You To Know About, which I have read. That said, my dad had me start doing a number of the things he discusses in this book and I can't tell you the difference it made.

I highly recommend him. Some say he is a quack but I know from experience that he is anything but that. He knows what he's talking about.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
