Apart from all the remedies mentioned above, apple cider vinegar can be used to reduce weight. It must be taken with warm water before/during meal.
Why don't you try out VLCC? I have heard their success rate is high.

It really goes without saying.drink plenty of water, eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly..good luck...It all starts will power.
hey!omg so i just tried this thing today actually and you take purified water cayen peppers and maple syrup some lemon juice and mixed it togeather and it will clean out your system! go to yahoo and type in cayen peppers maple syrup and so on and the rest will pop up and it tells you how much too put in!
i cannot physically help you but , I can tell you that you need to make some serious changes.
1.Eating-watch what you eat(no soda, no bread, no junk)
2.Drink lots of water
3.eat at least five servings of fruits each day
4. eat healthy nuts
And excercise, walk, swim, jog, run. Get that heart pumping.
Daily regular excersise ,, avoid clostral food . avoid drink habbit .. eat only food and vegitable avoid other foods... Diet control ... mix honey with hot water and drink one cup daily ,,
If u follow this means u can deff reduce ur wight ,,, dont feel like that ...
Req U practice Yoga - especially a good Asan for you is " Uttan Pada Asan" i.e. lying down flat on yr back, both legs close to each other, hands folded at elbows - right palm holding left elbow&vice versa and keep held on top of head but not under the head - while breathing in raise right leg try to bring it 90 degrees to ground & then while exhaling bring down the right leg, accodingly left leg too, alternate legs twice & and then both legs at a time twice - plz go slow with relaxed - do not take too much trouble in the beginnig & with full awareness - how the stretching is going on in the rear side of leg mustles & nerves and how the fat in belly is burning off.
May plz try this, it was a proven pracice.
