The first thing you need to do is start stretching for about 15 to 30 minutes a day... You need to be flexible to be a gymnast. Second, if you can get on a trampoline DO IT! It will help sooo much. Pratice cart wheels, round offs, front flips, and back flips...ALso you need to build up some arm muscles so you could maybe lift some weights. Persu (sp) your dreams...and classes would be good, but you can do a lot on your own. Just make sure that you have a spotter if you try to do stunts on the ground. Hope it helped!
Hunny you are young. Start out with basic streaching make sure your lags are nice and relaxed so you dont pull anything.Start running laps push ups pull ups.YOu have to have a strong body to do alot of things. Then start out with cartwheels untill you can get a job around maybe 15 to 16 and pay for a class so you will still be fit and you will still be limber.
Well, that doesn't seem really safe. You could find someone that you know knows gynastics to teach you and help you. But you really would need a class, I know you said not to say that, but that's not safe to learn on your own. In the class they would teach you how to do one and so much more. I know plently of girls that i did cheering with that could do backhandsprings that couldn't even do a walk-over. And a gymnastics trainer would also tell you not to try stuff alone, especially if you aren't experienced. Sounds like you really need to talk to your mom about that.
