Does it matter if you run or walk?
Question:
also i know running is cardio i think, but is it better then like the kinda of cardio you do to like DVD's and like dancing kind of cardio?
Answers:
Walking can be a very effective cardio workout if you do it properly. The problem with walking for most people is that they get out there and stroll around the block once and call it their workout. In order to make it mean something to your body, you have to get your heartrate up.
On the other hand, if you are trying to lose weight, a better workout for you might be a combination of running and walking. Start by jogging for 2 minutes then walking briskly for 3 minutes. Repeat for a full 30 minutes and you'll find that you've gotten a good cardiovascular workout without cramping up or overexhausting your running muscles. One you feel ok with jogging for 2 minutes, then change it to a 3 minute jog and 2 minute walk. Don't run as fast as you can, but jog comfortably enough to get your heartrate up while still being able to speak relatively comfortably.
Strictly running fast will lead to injuries and will keep you from doing much at all in the way of running or walking. Run and walk smart, not fast and you'll find that each subsequent week will be slightly easier and more enjoyable. Aim for 3 days a week to start and four as a goal. As you get better, you will probably want to increase the time you workout, add a day or incorporate other cardio activities like biking or swimming.
Overall, running is one of the best cardio workouts you can get. I know lots of people that spend lots of hours in a gym using the bikes, stairmasters and going to various cardio classes, but when they try to run a 5k (3.1 miles) they completely bonk out. I would recommend run/walking 3 days a week for at least 30 minutes as your core workout. From there, add more run/walking or other cardio activities to achieve optimum cardiovascular fitness.
Try to run at a slow pace just so that you can not stop running through your entire workout. Walking really does nothing for you other than burn a few extra calories.
it all end up the same.
for example you run a mile you lose 2 lbs.
you walk a mile you also lose 2 lbs.
the only difference is one is faster than the other.

No.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
