I have just started healthy eating but I only know a few recipes & I love to cook! Any recipes for myself & my partner that is ready in less than an hour would be great!

Answers:
grill some chicken breasts on tha g.f grill and put some garlic and salt on it or whatever and then cook some broccoli and that's what I eat every day not cuz I like that stuff it just the cheapest easiest thing I know that's healthy its hard to lose weight and eat good i hope someone else has some good recipes cuz I'm hungry yo
The key in my opinion is getting great ingredients first. Make sure your pantry is only stocked with low fat low sugar foods. Many people buy "99% fat free" only to find it has high levels of sugars (although when exercising, sugars will be used before any fat stores are used...). By stocking only healthy foods, all your meals will be healthy.

I really like getting chicken (breast is the the best) and just putting it in the oven. Line the tray with tin foil. You wont need any oil at all! 10 or so mins usually cooks it through. You can then cut it, and add to salad, or steam vegetables and eat alongside. Sometimes I cook really basic food but buy a great sauce and have it with that, and it tastes super yum.

If you can, buy a few certified organic foods, some towns have farmers markets which are cheap and organic.
my recipe isnt totallt fat free but it is delicious - chop up some mushrooms and fry them off n a frying pan when they have cooled mix together some extra light philadephia (you can use the garlic an dherb one for extra flavour). flatten some chicken breasts and put the mixture in the middle and roll the chicken up - bake it in the oven till cooked serve with veg or salad its delicious - you can also try other mixtures like ham and cheese is nice or peppers and onions - anyway good look - sainsburys website is a good place for recipes
have what you normally have but choose the low fat sauces, meat etc. Use skinless chicken, eat brown rice and pasta and bread instead of white. Choose boiled potatoes instead of mash perhaps.

Switch to skimmed milk - cravendale's the best, it tastes just like ordinary semi skimmed milk.

Have bran based cereal, and plenty of fruit to hand aswell.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

Details such as my experience, types of foods and veggies to eat, healthy low fat snacks, meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.
