Two questions... How do I get rid of love handles? "and" How to I make my chest rip up?

Question:
I am recently on a diet. I already lost over 20 pounds. I am working out everyday and I noticed that my love handles aren't getting smaller at all. My profile is getting smaller, but I still can see those damn handles.

I also have "man titties". When I wear clothes, it looks like I am real strong, although when I take off the shirt, I don't see any of my muscles and I still look fat. It is like fake advertisement. =)

What should I avoid (foodwise)? I work out everyday, but I don't take any supplements to help with my muscle growth. Can you guys give me a hint?

Answers:
sounds like you're making good progress so far! i would continue to do cardio exercise along with some lifting and crunches. in order to tone your "lovehandles", do exercises to strengthen your obliques and core (i like doing side crunches on a stability ball and pilates). remember that your fat cells are still shrinking- you may have to keep working until you see the results you really want. i would recommend to you to eat a lot of fiber rich plant foods, whole grains, and proteins. avoid processed food and white carbohydrates. also- drink plenty of water.
