Can sleeping make you fat?

I am just currently staying at home and I want to make myself fit... Can you please suggest routines that can be done at home without going to the gym? I already started controlling my food intake.. Less rice... More water.. Thanks for your help...

You could run for 30 minutes every other day, and so some pushups and crunches at home on your days off from running.

To answer the question of whether or not sleeping makes you fat, no, but you might gain a couple of pounds. The reason being that you burn less calories when your asleep, and if you constantly sleep 12 hours per day and eat right before you go to sleep, you could gain a little by doing that. Not a lot, so more than likely you won't have to worry about it.

sleeping can not make you fat. if you have muscle on your body it can actually help you loose weight while doing nothing. Sit ups, Streches,Running on the spot,Push ups, Aerobic videos. dancing while house cleaning.
Do allot of homeworks, kitchen works, gardening, cleaning, dancing do things which does not make ur body lazy, keep ur body moving all the time... & just do some excersise which can make u keep fit & active the whole day... & yes sleeping too much only can make u fat...
Sleeping not really make fat. Someone says will make thinner. I know if always eat before sleep will really make fat. It depends on your habit, when you eat, what you eat, how much you eat and your activities.
