At 5'4" and 120, it doesn't sound like you really need to lose weight. If you want a better looking body, try strength training to tone up.
800 calories a day isn't healthy for you. You're depriving your body of nutrients and it will take its toll eventually. Put it this way: a good amount of calories for someone with a sedentary or lightly active lifestyle is 1200/day. You claim to be exercising twice a day. 800 calories simply isn't enough to sustain you, period. You will eventually succumb to exhaustion - the type that has nothing to do with sleep.
It doesn't matter that you don't get hungry. It's not an achievement, it doesn't mean that what you're doing is healthy. It just means that you shrank your stomach.
What you're doing isn't healthy, and you don't even sound like you need to lose weight. Try 1200 a day, eat six small meals a day, and do an hour of exercise each day. Standard rules for healthy living.
When I was younger I was 120 lbs at 5'4 and never worried about my weight so why are you?
Instead of trusting yourself (and I sure wouldn't because this sounds obsessive), why don't you talk with a nutritionist and let them calculate how many calories you should take in while you work out twice a day just to make sure you aren't damaging your organs without knowing it.
And what is wrong with working out once a day?
You are obsessed and need some mental counseling.
Trust you? Not with my life but then you are the one that will be mourned after you damage yourself so much your body can't come back.
RIP
IF YOU WORK OUT LIKE THAT AND EAT THAT SMALL THE YOU'LL ONLY BE LOSING MUSCLE TISSUE!
your body will start to believe that you are starving even if you dont, which means it will start to store everything you eat as fat and your metabolism will crash... you will lose weight but you will lose your figure and it will make your body look unattractive.. eat an extra 500 calories a day, but eat healthy food with protein, and healthy fats, which is good for your skin, hair ,etc... basically balance out your diet, 1300 cal a day can be healthy if you eat the right stuff.. but stop worrying about weight and worry about your figure and that will come if you keep up the exercise like you say you do.. your metabolism will eat that fat right up... eat more and exercise!! your a woman your not going to beef up you body isnt made to do that
Nice diet and make sure you build muscle. So you do not look like a stick.
