Answers:
you need to watch your calorie intake, at 200 ibs if u take in around 2600, calories daily you will stay the same, more and you will gain weight, less and you will loose weight, it also depends on the type of caloires you are taking in, if you are getting too much protien, it is almost impossible to get off the best way if that is the case is to wieght train, even if its just a few ibs, if you are taking to many carbs try doing things such as hard running (sprint training), if you are taking in too much fat do low stress activity like a long slow jog
Learning to eat well and exercise is the only solution to long-term weight loss. We offer the following tips to help you lose weight to look better, feel better, and live a healthier life. Check out http://use-weightloss.blogspot.com/... for all info regarding weight loss.
Diets don't work , attleast not in the long run. Just simply eat healthy, only 1200 calories a day. Excercise 4-5 times a week, and drink 6-8 glasses of water a day. Good luck.
You've tried Weight watchers? My mum loses a lot of weight with that program.
Also, you have to watch what you eat mostly. Make your own diet.
Cereal for morning, maybe a salad in the evening and then a small meal at night. They should be small meals, and throguhout the day you should be active. Don't eat big meals at night, because you're never going to burn it off by sleeping.
Drink lots of water, it helps clean out your system, stay away from sodas, alcohol [well don't drink too much].
Just make sure to work out everyday, if not..every other day.
You can look on google to find certain exercise videos.
Here's one that i do, i love it and you can really feel the burn:

It would also be wise to run everyday, right before work, or later in the evening. Running is great. Listen to your music while you do it.
Hope that helps!

You need to get into action right NOW!
walk to your near by store and buy 5 Special k strawberry cereal, and buy healthy fruits and soups!
Walk back home and instead of having 3 big meals a day break it up into 6 meals a day!
And replace 2 of those meals with special k cereal! It's a diet that I am just starting today and my friends already are seeing a difference after 2 weeks for them.
After each meal depending on your shape, do 10 sit ups
Sop at the end of the day you would have done 60 sit ups!
ALSO if ya like do 25 sit ups after each meal if ya can and then by the end of the day you would have done150 SIT UPS!
Every morning I would do a 10 min walk and 10 min walk in the evening. With a buddy is nice. You got to keep this up for ONE MONTH!
You can't just see results after 2 days.
The special k diet will make you lose 6 pounds every 2 weeks. you shoudl be able to lose 12 pounds by September.
Good Luck
And may all of your dreams come true to your weight!

I did it all WITHOUT starving my self and i went to the gym 6 days a week

Eating as much meat as i want

I cut out potatoes rice pasta anything high in carb

i was at a point of losing a pound every 2 days
I'm sure it's frustrating, I've been there. First don't waste money on any quick weight loss products, I found that they don't solve anything only costs you money with no results. What I did was completely changed my eating habits. Always eat breakfast, like a good fibre cereal with some fruit, Stick with fresh veggie salads, use only low calorie dressings. some cheese and or lean cold cuts (chicken, turkey ham) For dinner have lots of veggies and lean meat, chicken or fish is good, and for snacks or whenever you get the urge to eat, have plenty of fresh fruit on hand, also water, water and lots of it at least 8 glasses a day.
About a month ago I found an herbal remedy patch that has really worked well for me. It's called the Apple Patch diet and you just put a patch on and wear it for three days and change it. The herbal medicine in the patch is released in a steady amount over those 3 days and controls your appetite, so you are hungry less and eat less. It also has something in it to increase your energy level. I've lost 8 pounds so far, which is a good amount to lose, but I still have 110 pounds to go. I'm 5' and weigh 224 lbs. I don't get the munchies any more, haven't had the urge to snack, and have really cut down on my portions. All without changing my diet or lifestyle. I plan on staying on this one until I lose the rest of weight. Check out the website for more information on it, including ingredients, cost etc.

By 'diet', are you referring to things like The Zone, the 20/30 Diet, the South Beach Diet, so on and so forth? The only thing those are good for is losing ten pounds for your high school reunion and messing with your metabolism.

Just eat healthy. Lots of vegetables, whole grain bread/pasta, eat only lean meat and as little red meat as possible. I myself eat only fish and very occasionally lean chicken, but I'm a bit obsessive, lol.

Eat between five and eight small meals a day, use fat-free condiments and only sparingly, eat more raw veggies than cooked, eat fruits lower in sugar...blah, blah, blah, you get the idea.

But the important thing: allow yourself to cheat sometimes. Being too strict can get discouraging.

As for exercise, try to get in at least a half hour a day, preferably more. If you're a gym person, focus more on cardio than weight training. Maybe join a sports team or club. On days you don't go to the gym or have practices/games, take brisk walks. Being a weekend warrior isn't very helpful when trying to lose weight steadily.

You might not lose the weight within a couple of months, but you will definitely be much healthier and hopefully happier.
I think diets suck. It is very important that you eat natural and organic foods. The body needs nutrients and proteins from food that God created to give us nourishment. It is important to buy red meat and chicken from animals who grazed and fed natural things, not given antibiotics and growth hormones. Stay away from refined and processed foods, they are not healthy. Also, no more fast food, if you are not currently doing so.

It is also important to look at your spiritual and emotional life. Some eat to fill a void in their life. Some eat more cause they have low self esteem, guilt, shame, anger, grief. So, you may want to journal about these emotions, to make them more conscious.

Make changes little by little in your diet and life. This is a process, and don't beat yourself up.
Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.ezunderstand.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!
My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
