Am i losing weight?

Dear Roc A Wear,
Don't get a scale! Get a tape measurer! Scales will lie to you. If you are doing a lot of crunches, you are gaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat and the scale will tell you that you are gaining instead of loosing! It could cause you to give up. That's, obviously, not what you want.
Walking is really good for you. I'm glad that you are doing it. The crunches are great as well. If you have the chance or opportunity, swimming is always a good exercise to throw in there when you can. You can use the jump rope for cardio. There is a real good reason why athletes jump rope! It's one of the best!
The junk food, as you said, has to go! It will only replace what fat you have worked so hard to remove. Start each day with a well balanced breakfast. I know this sounds mundane but, if you don't, your metabolism will not get working until you do. The metabolism running smoothly throughout the day, helps your body to burn even better the fat when you do work out.
The tape measure will accurately tell you how many inches you lose as you lose them. It will tell the truth when a scale will lie! Keep a record once a week of your progress and smile, when you see the fat melting away!
Hope this helped!
Why don't you step on a scale?
You need to get an accurate scale and weigh yourself every morning when you get up. Then you'll be able to see the difference on the scale.
you need a scale
how long have you been doing this? it may take some time for your body process this. its perfectly normal to not lose a significant amount of weight right off the bat. continue to eat right and exercise, and you suerly will lose weight.

You're not doing anything that would burn significant calories, so my guess would be you are not losing weight.
haha, 15 min of walkin aint gunna do ****. you gotta work harder than that. run for 30 min instead and do the same crunches and stuff
Actually, don't go buy a scale... * laugh * I know if sounds weird but it doesn't actually come in handy. All you need to do is comtinue what you are doing. Believe it or not, my mom lost 14 pounds and people FINALLY saw a difference!
If you lose one pound no one will notice!
You are probably gaining muscles and losing weight so you are losing weight if what you tell me is true.
A scale doesn't come in handy because muscle weighs more then fat, so if you are doing sit ups and side crunches and walking and eating healthy you are buil;ding muscles and losing fat so your weight won't change drasticly until you do more cardio then sit ups.
Good Job so far on your healthy life choises!
