I don't have the best eating habits in the world.I eat junk food a lot(mostly cuz i am home all day long)I am a 17 girl 5'0 and weight 130 pounds.If I was at school I most likely wouldn't be eating all this junk food.How do I get right

You can't go wrong, eating fruits and veggies, baked not fried foods. Drink lots of Water.
