Just exercise and eat healthy (about 1,400 to 1,600 calories a day). You are only 13 so you're still growing, but I would say that you should weigh anywhere from 85 lb to 105 lb. But it depends on your body struckture too. If you have a small frame you could weigh like 85, but if you have a larger frame or are very muscular you could weigh more like 105 or so. It's hard to say, really.
For your dieting plan drink a lot of water and fruit smoothies. As for exercises running is good. If you want to try a dance or sport, that's great too. Yoga, Pilaties, Soccer, Swimming, and Ballet are some fun ones.

thats about right, the average is about 110. im 100 at the age 12 and im like 5" even. but u dont have 2 starve urself. i lost 24 pounds in one year by eating lots of fruits. just eat healthy and ull be fine.

119 is not unhealthy. If your doctor says you're healthy, forget about the weight number. Don't forget, bones and muscles are heavy too, not just fat! Be happy with who you are, and don't start ANY diet without talking to your doctor!
99 punds is ok.. but its not so healthy.. and u wotn look as good 110 is good weight
100 lbs for 5' and 5 lbs for every inch thereafter so your minimum is 105 lbs. Add 10% for big bones. You don't have to do much especially at your age. Just cut out junk food and soda if you are eating it and aim for one hour of activity every day.

i think you should weigh 110-130 no more no less.
i believe that for girls,every 5 feet is 100 lbs, and each inch after that should be 5 more pounds.
however, 105 lbs? pft. maybe i'm just a fatty.

Your normal weight :) But if you wanna lose weight maybe ask a doctor or mom first and then do it. Also try cutting back on sweets. Drink more water and eat more veggies and fruit. If you eat a lot of junky stuff just limit yourself on how much you take in. Good luck :)
If you are five two i believe a healthy weight is 125 so you are already below that. But if you want to lose weight the healthy way cut out all junk food. and pop drink lots of water and exercise. If you don't lose weight from that then you probably at where you need to be.

i am almost 14. i am 5'7'' and i am about 120. you are at a healthy weight and i am too. there is nothing wrong with your body. if you want to get down to 99 then that would make you underweight and that is fine but you want to be careful. you can wat whatever you want just eat small portions of whatever it is.. and get plenty of excersize!! ogood luck and stay healthy
Speak with your doctor about what your ideal weight should be. But honestly, your only concern should be 'am I healthy?' Do you eat right and get plenty of physical activity? Don't try to lose weight unless its recommended by your doctor. You have a lot of growing left to do, and as long as you take care of yourself, you won't have to worry about your weight.
Poke your stomach if its flabby and chubby lose weight don't go based on weight only just go one what you look like.. Take me for exampleI'm 15 and weigh abotu 149 yet I only look like I'm 115-120 Just tone up and remember that MUSCLE WEIGHS MORE THAN FAT!
Ok well no offense but you are short so you dont want to weigh to much but just enough...you are the perfect weight dont worry!Im 11 and im short and i weigh 64lbs(i think!) so i have to be careful coz im short for my age so i dont want to overdo it coz it will catch up with me...my advice walk/run or ride your bike each day and instead of icecream try frozen yogurt but i think you are perfect weight!have a great day and dont be to self conscience(sp)!!
Omg ur goal is WAY to low.Try setting your goal for maybe 115 if you REALLY want to lose weight.Don't starve urself just eat healthy and exercise!
I am also 13 yrs old and i weigh 120 lbs and i feel fine.All you have 2 do is walk atleast 2 times a day and go out and play.Dont stay in the house you have to be active.The easy way i did is give up 1 of my favorite foods and you can do the same but make sure u watch you dont want to lose tooo much.
100-115 lbs for a 13 yr old girl your height. To get to the weight you want just watch what you eat and eat small meals. About 5 small meals a day. Make an eating cut-off time. For example, mine is 7 pm and I don't eat anything after that time. Also, drink lots of water.
And exercise is a major part in weight loss, too.
