It's really cheesy not worth time or money. The exercise video is really quick, only three exercises you do. It's really funny seeing the weird faces she makes, definitely a waste of time. The diet plan is like one of those little books you buy in the grocery lines, so stupid and basic. It's over priced and not worth it.
