... and I burn 1500-2000 per session and my weight stays the same. If you eat as much as you use, you stay where you are.
o don't give up you are losing fat but gaining muscle it will be this way for a min keep working on it
1 pound of muscle is smaller than 1 pound of fat. You need to keep track of your measurements as well as weight. I dont suggest weighing every day when losing weight. There are too many variables and if you gain a pound you tend to lose interest.
Weigh every week , same time of day , morning before breakfast is good. Dont worry about 1 or two pounds , you can gain or lose that much eating and drinking.
Muscle really does weigh more than fat. You should stop looking at the scale and start looking at your body. Do your clothes fit better? Pants looser? More breathing room in them? Ah ha, see you have lost fat, trimmed those muscles and added a few new muscle cells. You are on the right track, so don't give up. Stop worrying so much about the scale and just look in the mirror. When you have to replace your wardrobe because your clothes keep falling off, that will be a wonderful motivator... :)
Don't treat yourself so much! Give up meat and become a vegetarian-you'll be surprised how much meat can pack on the pounds. Also, eat only when you are hungry and stop eating before you feel physically full. It seems like you're doing well with all the exercise so stick with it and pretty soon you'll see the numbers dropping. Good luck!
