Well I hate to tell you this but if you want a simple exercise that takes care of everything, I suggest cardio. Running has been the greatest thing for my body!! I have been working on this for 20 years and running has been the magic bullet!

Excercising your whole body with one "execrise" is a pretty tall order. Most exercises are repetitive motions that only get a few major groups of muscles. You'll probably have to do a lot of different ones to get all the muscles.
You might look into using an exercise ball, but I have to say, excercises are pretty boring, and even a medicine ball will probably miss some. What's wrong with swimming or skating?
i say for a Young girl like u start with jump rope and then move on to dancing and get a punching bag and go crazy on it u will lose a lot of weight. when u get to ur desire weight then do the sit ups and push up to tighten the body. u got to want it to make it
Do brisk walking. Swing your arms as you walk/ They are great for burning body and tummy fats.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
