I lost 10lbs in 1 week by eating non sugary fruits like berries and apples. Then, when I ate meat it would be high in protein like half of a lean ground chuck burger or something like that. Make sure you excersize and drink lots of water. Stay away from sugars, and you can eat some carbs, but don't over do it.

Try ?Jazzercize you can go 6 times a week some with child care if need $40 a month cant beat that it even if you do work out it will be a change in your routine i bet you would lose some in that short amout of time. and weight watchers would do some damage to that fat
i did jenny craig and in a week at the beginning i atrted loosing like 5 lbs a week!
