Do you burn more fat when the weather is hot and you exercise as usual?
Question:
Answers:
not significantly more.
your body will burn a minimal amount of extra calories for pumping blood to the surface of the skin a little faster to cool down.
the down side is that with the hotter weather, you will exhaust much faster and will not be able to burn calories for the same amount of time, with the most likely outcome being that you will burn less since you will get tired faster.
Yes you do because you are sweating more. Thats why people go in a sauna b/c it is really hot and it will burn fat.
I doubt it makes much difference, other than sweating water weight (which is not losing any fat). Since we are not cold blooded, our temperature tries to stay stable, so the difference would probably be insignificant. I suppose it depends on how hard our body has to work to maintain normal temp.Just a guess though
Yes it does, but if you weigh for instance like 160 pounds then work out really hard for a while and you weigh your self when your done you 155. But that will just mainly be water loss, so when you drink liquids it will come back, but not all of it.
NO. But in winter when its cold, u can burn a third to 2 thirds more cals. I just read this the other day. People think losing sweat is weight but obviously its just fluids. So make the most of winter babe.
yes
when its hot out, ur body produces more sweat and has to work extra hard to keep the body tempurature down. hot temps make u sweat more and in a shorter amount of time. whenever u begin sweating is when ur burning extra fat.
really cold tempuratures also make ur body work extra hard - but to keep the body tempurature up. when ur shivering, then u know ur body is burning extra calories.
i think that u just lose water
