Alright as far as weight. It goes a little something like this.
For 5 feet you could 100 lbs. For each additional inch above that count 5 lbs for a female, and 7 lbs for a male.
So assume you're a 5'3" female you should weigh around 115 lbs. This DOES NOT take into consideration if you have a large or small frame or if you have more muscle mass. Small frame people tend to weigh less. Large frames weigh more. As the other person said, plug-in your height and weight on the BMI chart.
Unfortunately there is no quick fix for weight loss. The faster it comes off that faster it'll go right back on. High end, a good and healthy goal would be about 2 lbs a week drop. Good luck and all the best.

best way to figure out if you're is healthy is to use a BMI calculator.
according to the calculator, that is overweight.
I'm 15, 5' 7" & i'm only 112.
Rule of Thumb is 100 lbs starting at 5 ft, and for every inch after that add 5 pounds, so a healthy weight for you would be 115, so yeah, it is a bit much.
To lose weight, just exercise and eat LESS don't STOP eating just eat less, veggies && fruit will do wonders
Oh and drink alot of water, its good for your skin and will help you lose alot of weight.

that is a little too heavy for a 12 so all you need to do is just go walking around you neighborhood or walk a dog or run just get out of the house and do something that would get you to breath harder that you usually would

mmm. probably a bit, u are a bit overweight however ur close enough to b normal weight in the BMI, i was 105 when i was 5'3. I suggest exercises such as running to lose weight in the legs, sit ups for the abs and push ups for the arms and have a healthy diet with low fat...
Well, you could still be growing, so your body needs the weight. I would not worry about it.
If you want to lose weight...drink Tropicana Grapefruit juice
and water..1/2 juice 1/2 water. You will lose weight pretty fast.
and be healthy also. You can eat almost anything...
