This 1,500 calorie diet.?


Question:
I need to be on a 1,500 calorie diet. I rarely eat anything so 1,500 is actually more than what I would regularly eat. My doctor said I should eat healthy so she recommended this. I have divided 500 calories for each meal I will be consuming. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner... I never snack.. because snacks was usually my meals for the day.. so I left that out...!!

I already know what my lunch and dinner is.. but i need help making a healthy BIG breakfast that is 500 calories. My doctor said always make my BREAKFAST the biggest meal of the day!

Can anyone show me a 500 calorie HEALTHY breakfast with fruits and anything that is healthy and not too many calories.

I WOULD HIGHLY APPRECIATE THIS!

1/2 cup oatmeal - 120 cals
banana - 100 cals
1 glass orange juice - 160
total = 500

The best breakfast I know of is porridge. I have a bowl every morning with some sugar and it comes to 300 cals. If you added a yogurt to porridge (something my mum does) that would make it approx 400 cals... Or you could go with a large bowl of cereal and 2 slices of toast - doesn't sound like much but 1 slice of bread is approx 100 cals and a large bowl of cereal with semi skimmed milk will get you 300 cals no probs.
It is a headache to count calories, carbs, fats or points.

Just eat only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.

Do brisk walking. They are great for burning body and tummy fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
