I am learning how to walk again. I need some information on some exercises.?


Question:
I was paralyzed from the neck down and now recovering. I am re-learning how to walk again. I am trying to strengthen my legs muscles and trunk muscles and so on. I need to find a website or just some information fom somewhere on some good strengthing exercises that i can do in the parallel bars or wherever. I just need some good exercises that i can do that can help me with my walking again...oh yah im walking little by little with a walker. thankyou.

Are you working with a physical therapist? That will definitely help you to have a motivator and someone who knows rehabilitation.
great it seems like any you can do would work meaning any moving of the legs will build muscle like squats, heal lifts
