Answers:
Congratulations on the wedding! You can loose ten pounds in a month. Just be real careful that you're eating in a healthy way. There are lots of great fruits and veggies that actually burn more calories to digest than they contain, and they've got lots of vitamins and minerals. Click on the link below for a list of foods in that category.

Be sure you drink a LOT of water each day. When you drink water, your body won't feel thirsty and hold on to water weight. It also flushes out toxins that get released when you're loosing weight.

Another tip I learned is not to drink your daily calories. Stay away from sodas, juices, etc. (that's another good reason to drink water).

When you exercise, don't just do aerobics. Weights also build muscle which in turn burns more calories (and also strengthen bones so you can be healthier for longer with your honey!)

You might also consider taking the dress to a bridal shop where they do alterations. They may be able to tweak the dress a bit to make it more comfortable.

Most of all, enjoy the wedding and take care of your marriage. One of my favorite quotes is, "The grass is greenest where you water it!"

All the best!
maybe 3 weeks you go girl congrats
well i think you should lose about 30
and no! 1200 calories is too much on ym weight watchers meets i can only eat 800 a day and i do about 3 hrs of exercise because im 5'3 and weigh 120 trying to lose weight
i think u should reschedule your wedding because a month is not enough time maybe 3 months
You should try this, it helps a lot!

yah it is possible to lose 10 lbs in 30 days. its possible to lose 10 lbs in 2 weeks...
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.mylguide.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 5.49$ shipping and handling.
Subj response is crazy, but goddamnit I'm going to try it. hmm...I'm trying to get 135 and I'm 5'3"...so I really couldn't help you. lol. Oh, I do know one thing that has truly helped me. I work out on the eliptical for about 30mins everyday. I usually run 3mi. That's helped me a ton.
